Explosion protection for suction systems and shredders

We modernize and revamp suction systems and shredders according to ATEX (ATEX 137) and explosion protection rules (Ex-Rl) DGUV.

Material quality

You want to improve the material output quality like removing glass, removing dust, increase the copper content ... . Our specialists analyze your processes and propose modifications enabling to reach your target. One customer removed the glass from his auto shredder residual fraction applying our solution and gets the glass as separate single fraction now.

Spare and wear parts

We provide spare and wear parts to you for a competitive price. This is independent from the original equipment manufacturer and applies for pivot spindles, hammers, screen inserts ... . You have no drawings? No problem, a sketch with the relevant dimensions is sufficient. We take care that the parts arrive quickly and reliable to your hands, worldwide.
